1. About these terms
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern every purchase made through palletsliquidationhub.com (the "Site") from Pallets Liquidation Hub, 812 Helvetia St, Delta, OH 43515, United States ("Pallets Liquidation Hub", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.
2. What we sell
We sell liquidation merchandise in pallet and truckload lots, sourced from retail customer returns, overstock and shelf pulls. Lots are mixed and are not itemized piece by piece before sale.
Item counts, typical contents, photos and descriptions are illustrative of the kind of merchandise in a lot. They are not a guarantee of the exact items, quantity, brand, model, size, condition or value you will receive. Photos may show representative or prior lots.
3. Sold as-is
All lots are sold "as-is, where-is" with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, working order or completeness, except as required by law and except for the claim rights described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Merchandise may be new, open-box, used, untested, damaged, missing parts, missing packaging, or non-functional. You are responsible for testing, cleaning, repairing and complying with safety rules before resale.
4. Brands and trademarks
Brand names and product names that appear on the Site identify the type of merchandise a lot may contain. They are used for identification only and do not indicate affiliation with, or endorsement by, any brand owner. We do not guarantee that any lot contains any specific brand unless the listing states so. Resale of branded goods is your responsibility, including compliance with brand-owner policies and applicable law.
5. Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars. Prices shown are the current sale price; any struck-through price is our listed reference price before discount and is not a claim about any third-party retail price. Each lot is subject to availability. If a lot is no longer available or a pricing or description error is found, we may cancel or correct the order, and we will refund any amount you have paid for the affected lot.
6. Placing an order and payment
Placing an order on the Site is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm availability and send you an invoice. No payment is taken on the Site. We accept ACH bank transfer and credit card (via a secure payment link we email you). See our Payment Policy for details.
Orders ship after payment is received and cleared. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled and the lot returned to inventory after the due date on the invoice.
7. Sales tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated on your invoice. Buyers who are exempt (for example, with a valid resale certificate) should send the certificate to [email protected] before payment. Orders delivered outside the United States are not charged US sales tax by us.
8. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping within the United States is free. International shipping is quoted per country and emailed to you for approval before payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the goods to the address you provide. Please inspect the delivery and note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier paperwork before signing. See our Shipping page for details.
9. International orders
International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage fees, and for ensuring the goods may lawfully be imported. We comply with US export-control and sanctions laws and will not sell or ship to prohibited parties or destinations. We may decline any order that we reasonably believe would violate those laws.
10. Claims, returns and refunds
Because lots are sold as-is, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for the condition of individual items. You may report damage in transit, shortage or an error in what was shipped within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
11. Compliance and resale
You are responsible for your own compliance when you resell, including consumer-protection, product-safety, recall, labeling, licensing and tax rules. Electronic devices may contain personal data; you must securely erase any such data and may not access or misuse it. Some goods (for example consumables or cosmetics) may be past or near their expiry date; check before resale.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pallets Liquidation Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from a purchase or from the resale of goods. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected lot.
13. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with it, scrape it at a volume that harms its performance, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the Site, including text, design and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Fulton County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
