It varies by lot. Each listing states the condition, for example mixed condition or customer returns. Expect a combination of new, open-box and used goods, and some damaged or non-working items.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping to any US address is free. For other countries we email a freight quote before you pay.

How do I pay?

By ACH bank transfer or credit card. You place your order as a guest, then we email an invoice with bank details or a secure card payment link. Nothing is charged at checkout.

No. Checkout is guest-only. Just enter your delivery and contact details.

Can I return a pallet?

Lots are sold as-is, so there are no returns for change of mind. You can report damage in transit, shortage or an order error within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. See Returns & refunds.

No. Counts are typical for that kind of lot, not promises. Your price per item will depend on what is in the lot.

Do you sell to buyers outside the US?

Yes. International buyers can check out directly and we send the freight quote for your country before you pay. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I get a lot with a specific brand?

Some lot titles mention the brands that typically appear in them, but contents are not guaranteed. If you need something specific, send us a request and we will check what we have.

Do you offer sales-tax exemption for resellers?
