What “as-is” means
Lots are made of retail returns, overstock and shelf pulls. Some goods are new, some open-box, some used, and a few are damaged or incomplete. We do not test or itemize every piece, so the mix varies from lot to lot. That is why prices are a fraction of retail.
| Grade you may see | Typical meaning |
|---|---|
| New / sealed | Unopened or in original packaging |
| Open box | Opened or returned, appears complete |
| Used | Shows use; may need cleaning or testing |
| Parts & salvage | Damaged, incomplete or non-working |
Tips for first-time buyers
- Start with a single pallet in one department to learn the mix.
- Unload, sort by department, then by whether packaging is intact.
- Test electronics before listing and be honest about condition when you resell.
- Check expiry dates on health and beauty products.
