Within the United States

• Free shipping on every pallet and truckload to any US address, including Alaska and Hawaii quoted case by case if surcharged.
• Pallets ship by LTL freight, wrapped on a standard 48×40 pallet.
• Truckloads ship dock-to-dock by default.
• Delivery is curbside or dock. Need a liftgate? Tick the box at checkout.
• Our team schedules the carrier after payment clears and emails tracking details.

Freight carriers usually call before delivery. Please make sure someone can receive the shipment and sign for it.

International shipping

1. Place your order and enter your delivery address. International buyers can check out directly.
2. We email a freight quote for your country (and port, if needed) before you pay.
3. You approve the quote, we send the final invoice, and the order ships after payment.

International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and brokerage fees. We can work with your freight forwarder if you prefer to arrange your own shipping.

On delivery

• Inspect the pallet before the driver leaves.
• Note any visible damage or missing cartons on the delivery receipt.
• Photograph the pallet and email us within 30 days. See Returns & refunds.
